APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Acceptance to the APEX Leadership Development Program (LDP) is by application only.

​

• Please download the Cohort Application (PDF) below, complete it, and return it via email to Info@ApexExec.net.

​

• Application Deadline is June 30, 2024.

​

• Applications will be reviewed in the order returned and cohort spots will be filled on a first-come basis.

 

• APEX will maintain a waitlist of potential replacement participants once the cohort is filled.
